16 hours in the Air!

Well I got my flight information today. I will be flying for 8 hours from Kennedy to Amsterdam and then another 8 hours from Amsterdam to Kenya. I never been on a flight longer than 6 hours. This ought to be quite interesting. I will be taking plenty of reading material as well as attempting to write a book.
Stay tuned for the day when I go to get my shots.

Sorry, I can’t help you with your shots but the longest I have ever had to fly was 13 hours to China. A good strong drink or two can always
help .

Hey Karen:
I’m sure you already know this, but, remember, get up every couple of hours and walk up and down to aisle to combat possible DVT/PE. You’re in my prayer and on my jealous list.
